Single Member Company
The other day my colleague submitted her resignation letter. I was flummoxed and surprised to see this. My friend had been facing intense fatigue since the last year. She had always dreamt of selling pickles for a living. And that's the reason why she filled in her resignation. She now plans to form a single member limited liability in the near future.
