Fibonacci & Forex
Here’s a little-known term for you, “Fib Forex Retracement.” What? It’s some of that secret stock broker lingo… okay, it’s not really a secret. Thousands of years ago - the 13th century to be exact - an Italian mathmetician brought the Hindu-Arabic numeral system to Europe, changing the course of mathematics for Europe forever. Early on, Fibonacci studied under various mathematicians in North Africa and throughout the Mediterranean. His book, “Liber Abaci,” written in 1202, is also referred to as the “Book of Abacus” or “Book of Calculation.” In his later years, Fibonacci lives as an honored guest of the emperor of the Republic of Pisa.
