What is Schein Organizational Culture?
I am trying to learn more about how companies work and how to get ahead in business. One of the books I was reading mentioned Schein Organizational Culture. I haven’t heard of this before, so I am trying to figure out what this is, and how the theory works. Is this something useful for me to learn about? I am hoping eventually I will be able to start my own company, so I am trying to learn all about management techniques. I don’t want to waste my time on anything that won’t be helpful to me, so I want to find out more about this.
