Calculators and spreadsheets are excellent tools to increase our productivity levels and save us time over tiresome tasks. When it comes to a gas mileage calculator, it saves us the hassle of converting and calculating different outputs. The trick with calculators is that it all relies on the input, if you give a calculator a misleading input, you’ll end up with a misleading output. You should try setting your mileage meter to zero before embarking on a journey in order to get the exact mileage done. Another way to do it, is to accurately write down the meter’s number on a piece of paper rather than relying on your memory. A mile or two definitely make the difference in such calculations.
