Van Color Covers

If the van covers entire paint surface is dulled or has not been waxed since before the summer, a very light buffing with the polishing compound can restore the car's color back to its original luster. Make sure the compounding is followed by a good grade of wax to protect both the old paint and your touch up work. Most waxes contain abrasive cleaners which can scratch the finish, so try to find a brand that is wax only.Meguiar's makes a non-abrasive wax and it works especially well on black and darker shades of red and blue. Be sure to inspect the underside of the car for any scratches that may have gone through the undercoating, if your car is so equipped. A quick touch up using a rubberized undercoat should be applied to a clean and dry surface.
