A few more presentation tips
I was chatting with someone I know that I met at a sales convention about the vexing subject of creating and making presentations. We both agreed that one of the biggest worries was gaining and retaining the audience’s attention during the presentation. He told me that he had heard from someone else that a good idea was to prepare as much of the information that you intended to present and print it out so the audience could follow what you are saying.
This may stop unnecessary interruptions that seriously upset the flow of the presentation. Another good idea that he told me was if you had specific information that certain members of the audience were not native language speakers that if you printed out the content in their native language, so that it would be easier for them to follow you. Great idea and one that can only encourage good will and cooperation.
