When you sell your house the most common choice is to go to a real estate agent and pay them to do the work for you. But, have you thought about saving your cash and advertising your own house for sale? I won’t pretend it’s an easy option because you will face a steep learning curve along with some other disadvantages but there is nothing to stop you house selling with no realtor by advertising in local newspapers and property magazines.
