Faculty Member
Just as often, the faculty member of online classrooms doesn't want to offer an online component to his or her course, for a number of reasons. Quinn estimates that about one-third of the approximately 7,500 full- and part-time DCCCD faculty uses the system. To generate more interest among the faculty, she has developed an outreach program to inform faculty about the school's online teaching capabilities, as well as the comprehensive training available for faculty members interested in using the system.
