Research On Your Timeshares.
If you have never owned or rented a timeshare before, you want to make sure before you sign on any dotted line, that you do plenty of research on those time shares that you are looking into buying or renting on the new or timeshare resale markets. There is such a thing as the timeshare trap where people sell or rent you timeshares that really are not worth the money that you are giving them and then when you don’t want the timeshare anymore, you end up stuck with it and it is very hard and time consuming to get rid of a timeshare that is not really in demand.
